Terms of Service

Upon receipt of payment we will send you a link to the account creation facility for DC-PRO Mentor. From this you can nominate the user of each license purchased. The system will assign a username and password to this user and send a notification to the user. The customer is responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of the password and account, and is fully responsible for all activities that occur under the given password or account.

The username and password allows secure access to http://mentor.dcprofessional.com from any location at any time of the day through a Netscape or IE 4.0 or better web browsers.

Coastline Solutions reserves the right to interrupt the service from time to time in order to perform maintenance or upgrades. This will normally be scheduled at off-peak times to minimize disruption.

A DC-PRO Mentor licence is for use by a named individual.  The product house reserves the right to enforce this condition to protect the interests of the named individual or other users of the service.
